Multilayer extruder screen packs are made by different mesh size screens,it need the coarse mesh as support to make the screen strong,and the fine mesh size for filtration purpose.Coarse mesh size are 18 mesh,20 mesh,24 mesh,30 mesh.Fine mesh gauze size are 80 mesh,100 mesh,120 mesh,120 mesh and 150 mesh.
The stainless steel AISI 304 material woven wire mesh for extruder screen will be good choice,because the screen need replacement to make the extrusion keep clear.
